Quantitative DIC
The program is used to integrate the quantitative differential
interference contrast microscopy (qDIC) images. It reads raw DIC
images and performs DIC inverse transformation using the Wiener
deconvolution principle, and saves the differential phase delta
and integrated phase phi as tiff, ascii and matlab binary files.
